Candlelight Warm Flow

Set in a softly lit, candle-filled warm room, this feel good flow invites you to flow through a multi-level sequence guided by the instructor. The warm glow and tranquil pace make this an ideal practice to embrace a moving meditation.

Hot Yoga Sculpt

Turn up the music, have fun and elevate your strength practice. This energetic class combines yoga postures and movement with light weights, core work, HIIT and upbeat music in a heated room. Expect to sweat, strengthen, and flow.

Kairos Hot Holds

Hot Kairos Holds is a slow-burning, strength-focused hot yoga class designed to help you meet the moment—one breath at a time. Practiced in a heated room, this class emphasizes longer-held postures to build deep muscular endurance, improve joint stability, and cultivate focused awareness. This is a great practice that is shoulder and wrist friendly, but still provides a well rounded challenge.

Expect a grounded, intentional pace with time to settle into each shape, refine alignment, and explore the edge between effort and ease. The heat supports flexibility and detoxification while the extended holds challenge both body and mind.

Begin with a mindful, slow vinyasa flow to awaken the body, then transition into grounding yin postures for deep release. The warmth supports mobility while the yin sequence restores calm and balance. Ideal for those who crave both movement and stillness in one class.

Express Feel Good Movement & Sound Bath

A 45-minute pause in your day for body and mind. Ease into movement and stretching to release tension, followed by a restorative sound bath and guided meditation. Warm Temperature- Perfect for a mid-day break or evening unwind — quick, effective, and deeply soothing.

Virtual Yin & Yoga Nidra

Unwind and prepare for deep rest in this 60-minute virtual Yin & Yoga Nidra class. The class begins with gentle, floor-based Yin postures held for several minutes to release tension in the hips, spine, and connective tissues while calming the nervous system. From there, you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation that supports profound rest and renewal.

Myo Slow Flow

A fusion of mobility and stretching paired with myofascial release targeting fascia and connective tissue. Expect slow, intentional movements and myofascial release techniques to relieve tension and restore balance.
